Terms of Service.
Malu Nigeria LLC’s terms of service and policies and procedures for handling customer information have been created to meet the needs of the customer and are subject to change. Changes will be posted to the website and use of Malu Nigeria LLC’s website will constitute acceptance of and agreement to be bound by those changes.
Malu Nigeria LLC protects the confidentiality of its customers’ information, account information and personal communications. To secure the information collected online, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure only appropriate use of information that is collected from customers, Malu Nigeria LLC has implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. Further, Malu Nigeria LLC requires that employees keep customer information confidential. Malu Nigeria LLC cautions its customers and website visitors that no medium of communication, including the Internet, is entirely secure. Accordingly, Malu Nigeria LLC cannot be responsible for loss, corruption or unauthorized acquisition and use of personal information provided to our website, or for any damages resulting from such loss, corruption, unauthorized acquisition or unauthorized use.
How Customers are served on the website.
Malu Nigeria LLC customers are the employers who advertize jobs online. They do so because they want women and minority candidates to fill vacant positions, and to diversify their workforce. Employers come to the website, they must create an account. After creating an account they can search available resumes and hire candidates by contacting those candidates meeting their requirements directly for hire. Employers can also post their job vacancies online on the website. This exposes the jobs to the candidates seeking employment. Candidates seeking employment come to the website looking for work. They can search and apply for vacant positions on the website for free. Only employers posting jobs pay for the cost of advertizing jobs on the website.
Befor posting jobs on the website the employers have an option to review their postings to make sure that this is what they want to advertise before submitting the job posting on the website. After review, the employer can edit the posting, or cancel the posting without being charge for it. After reviewing the posting , the employer may decide to pay for the advertisemnt and then proceed to payment page where they can pay with a credit card, by submitting their credit card inormation securely online using Alertpay.
If the employer is not satified with the service they can cancel anytime and request a refund. Malu Nigeria LLC will refund the customer by prorating the time of advertisememnt bought by the customer or subscription bought from the time used or subscription used by the customer and determine the refund amount from the unused time of subscription or advertisement remaining for a refund back to the customer. If no advertisement has been used, the total amount is refunded without questions asked.
The employer controls how many jobs to advertise or what to advertise, and what to pay for by choosing from available advertisement subscription or job ad duration before paying and posting the job on the website. Most customers may access and modify their personal advertisement choices and information via their set up online account or modify their personal information by contacting Malu Nigeria LLC Billing Department.
Opt Out & Modifications
Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products from Malu Nigeria LLC and Malu Nigeria LLC partners by filling out this on-line No Solicitation Request form. However, customers may not opt out of receiving information from Malu Nigeria LLC that is essential for maintaining or updating customers’ accounts or system information.
Disclosure of customer information and communications.
Malu Nigeria LLC will not otherwise disclose its customers’ personal and account information unless Malu Nigeria LLC has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Malu Nigeria LLC’s customers, or others, or where Malu Nigeria LLC has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure such as in response to legal process seeking disclosure of such information.
Malu Nigeria LLC also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Malu Nigeria LLC stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which Malu Nigeria LLC will disclose such electronic customer communications are when:
1. it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer;
2. it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Malu Nigeria LLC and its customers;
3. it is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that Malu Nigeria LLC determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
4. it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by Malu Nigeria LLC and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
Malu Nigeria LLC disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or others. Malu Nigeria LLC, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm Malu Nigeria LLC, its customers or third parties. The grounds on which Malu Nigeria LLC may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of Malu Nigeria LLC’s Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property Violations.
— Engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities. Also, engaging in activity that violates privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others. Malu Nigeria LLC is required by law to remove or block access to customer content upon receipt of a proper notice of copyright infringement. It is also Malu Nigeria LLC’s policy to terminate the privileges of customers who commit repeat violations of copyright laws.
Obscene Speech or Materials
— Using Malu Nigeria LLC’s network to advertise, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available obscene speech or material.
— Using Malu Nigeria LLC’s network to advertise, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available child pornography. Malu Nigeria LLC has a no tolerance policy for child pornography, and accounts reported to Malu Nigeria LLC as potentially containing child pornography will be immediately disabled and reported to the NCMEC. Malu Nigeria LLC is required by law to notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of child pornography on or being transmitted through Malu Nigeria LLC’s network.
Defamatory or Abusive Language
— Using Malu Nigeria LLC’s network as a means to transmit or post defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening language.
Illegal or Unauthorized Access to Other Computers or Networks
— Accessing illegally or without authorization computers, accounts, or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of another individual’s system (often known as “Hacking”). Also, any activity that might be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration (i.e. port scan, stealth scan, or other information gathering activity).
— Malu Nigeria LLC understands the needs of our Subscribers to meet certain industry requirements that require Subscriber or a third party engaged by Subscriber to conduct security scans of the Subscriber account or web site. Failure to coordinate and meet all requirements prior to scanning is a violation of Malu Nigeria LLC policy.
Distribution of Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses, or Other Destructive Activities — Distributing information regarding the creation of and sending Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, pinging, flooding, mailbombing, or denial of service attacks. Also, activities that disrupt the use of or interfere with the ability of others to effectively use the network or any connected network, system, service, or equipment.
— Malu Nigeria LLC reserves the right not to accept postings from employers where we have actual knowledge that the content of the posting violates our policy and common decency.
Other Illegal Activities — Engaging in activities that are determined to be illegal, including advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and pirating software.
Malu Nigeria LLC also is aware that many of its Subscribers are, themselves, providers of Internet services, and that information reaching Malu Nigeria LLC’s facilities from those Subscribers may have originated from a customer of the Subscriber or from another third-party. Malu Nigeria LLC does not require its Subscribers who offer Internet services to monitor or censor transmissions or web sites created by customers of its Subscribers. Malu Nigeria LLC has the right to directly take action against a customer of a Subscriber. Malu Nigeria LLC expects that Subscribers who offer Internet services will cooperate with Malu Nigeria LLC in any corrective or preventive action that Malu Nigeria LLC deems necessary. Failure to cooperate with such corrective or preventive measures is a violation of Malu Nigeria LLC policy.
